General Provisions

bm88 ("Platform", "we") is an online platform offering digital gaming for players in Myanmar. These "Terms and Conditions" ("Terms") contain the legal obligations governing the relationship between us and players ("you", "user").

By accessing, browsing, or using the bm88.xin website and its associated services, you agree to be immediately bound by these Terms as a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using this platform.

1.1 — Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the bm88 website, mobile services, and associated digital assets.
• "Player" refers to an individual who has registered an account on the platform and uses its services.
• "Account" refers to the personal digital profile created for a player.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of Myanmar Kyat (Ks) stored in an account.
• "Bonus" refers to the financial benefits that bm88 offers to players.

Account Registration and Management

Each player may only open one account on the platform. A single player is not permitted to open additional accounts using different names, phone numbers, or IP addresses.

2.1 — Registration Requirements

• Players must register using accurate and complete personal information.
• If false information is provided, we reserve the right to suspend the account without prior notice.
• Only those aged 21 or above may register. We may request proof of age.
• Only one account is allowed per person, per household, or per address.

2.2 — Account Security

Each player is responsible for keeping their username and password secure. All logins, gameplay, and transactions are considered to have been made by the account holder. Transferring, lending, or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

2.3 — Account Suspension

We may suspend or permanently close an account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances—

• If a breach of these terms is found
• If the account is involved in fraudulent financial activity
• If false information was provided during registration
• If activity that could harm the platform's operations or security is detected

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The financial security of our players is a top priority at bm88. Every payment process is protected with SSL encryption.

3.1 — Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks
• Payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer
• Deposits must be made using the player's own funds; third-party payments are not accepted.
• The account used for the deposit must belong to the same person as the player account.

3.2 — Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks
• Withdrawal time — processed within 1 hour of request confirmation
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method and under the same name used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonus and Promotions Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by bm88 come with their own specific Terms and Conditions.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

For example — depositing 20,000 Ks gives a bonus of 24,000 Ks, making the total balance 44,000 Ks. The bonus of 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawal. As another example — depositing 840,000 Ks gives a bonus of 500,000 Ks, making the total balance 1,340,000 Ks. The bonus of 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks must be wagered.

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to each player once only (once from the time of registration).
• Bonus funds cannot be added to or withdrawn from the account balance directly — they can only be used for gameplay, not as cash.
• Players may only request a withdrawal after the wagering requirement for the bonus amount has been met.
• Wagering contribution rates may vary by game type — refer to the terms for each game's bonus contribution rate.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
• bm88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus promotions without prior notice.

Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

bm88 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. To protect this, the following activities are strictly prohibited—

• Opening multiple accounts (Multi-accounting)
• Claiming bonuses through different methods other than legitimate means (Bonus abuse)
• Using software, bots, or tools that can manipulate game outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Attempting to hack the platform's technical systems
• Any action that damages the platform's systems

If a violation of these prohibitions is found, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the player's account and forfeit any funds in that account.

5.1 — Fairness of Game Results

All games available at bm88 operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game result is unpredictable and cannot be predetermined by either the player or bm88.

VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

bm88's VIP program is a system that rewards players for their loyalty. The longer they play, the more cashback they earn.

6.1 — VIP Levels and Cashback Rates

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP level upgrades depend on the player's loyalty and regular play volume. bm88 reserves the right to adjust, change, or modify VIP levels or cashback rates with prior notice.

6.2 — Cashback Withdrawal

Cashback funds are credited to the player's Main Balance as a reward. Additional requirements related to cashback funds are stated in the bonus terms and conditions.

Personal Data Protection

Personal information provided by players is handled in accordance with bm88's Privacy Policy. By using this platform, players are deemed to have accepted this data handling.

• Player data is protected with SSL encryption technology.
• Player data will not be shared with third parties — unless required by law.
• Players can contact customer service to update their personal information.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

bm88 makes reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, but is not responsible for losses or damages arising from the following—

• Technical issues not originating from the platform itself (including connection issues on the player's side)
• Losses resulting from decisions made by the player themselves
• Temporary service interruptions due to unforeseen technical or external causes
• Third-party bonus programs or partner services

8.1 — Player's Own Responsibility

Each individual player is solely responsible for their own gaming decisions, use of funds, and their personal legal obligations. Players must verify their personal and legal situation before participating in bm88's games.

Service and Terms Changes

bm88 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made is considered acceptance of the updated terms. Players are advised to review this page regularly.

9.1 — Service Termination

bm88 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate any service without prior notice. In such cases, we will return only the player's own funds (excluding bonuses), and bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will not be returned.

Communication and Dispute Resolution

For any questions about these terms, complaints about violations, or disputes, you can contact bm88 customer service to resolve them.

10.1 — Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising between a player and bm88 will be handled through negotiation first. If it cannot be resolved, legal action may be taken, and any costs related to that action will be borne by the player.
